Acknowledgment of Use of Scripts
By using the services provided by Stupendous Entertainment Art Studios ("The Company"), you ("The User") hereby acknowledge and agree that any scripts, text, or content generated through our online prompt system may be used by The Company to improve its codebase, enhance its algorithms, and for other development purposes. The Company reserves the right to use this data in a manner consistent with its operational needs and privacy policy

User-Generated Content Responsibility
The User acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any content they create, submit, or generate using The Company's services. This includes, but is not limited to, the appropriateness, legality, originality, and ownership of the content. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Company against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of content generated by The User.

Intellectual Property Rights
The User retains all intellectual property rights to the original content they provide. However, by using The Company's services, The User grants The Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content generated for the purpose of improving the service and for other business-related activities of The Company.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Company provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) the User's access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of the User's transmissions or content.

Amendment and Modification
The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the User. The continued use of The Company's services after any such changes constitutes the User's acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Stupendous Entertainment Art Studios, The User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
